Text alert sign-up

RCS Innovations Alerts are text messages we send to our business clients (owners and staff of businesses that use RCS Innovations products): new bookings, new messages, urgent call alerts, blocked spam call notices, and one-time sign-in verification codes for the RCS console. We never send marketing texts.

How business clients opt in

During setup in the RCS console, each owner or staff member who wants text alerts enters their own mobile number and checks the consent box below. The box is never pre-checked, and text alerts are optional. Email alerts work without them. After you opt in, we send one confirmation text.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
